West Ham whishes to offload another four key players this season, as fans favorites are also included among the list.
West Ham have had one of the busiest summer windows this time, and manager Lopetegui is still interested in making further deals happen before the remaining day as he keeps his momentum of exiting more players active.
According to reports, Frank McAvennie has urged West Ham United to ditch four first-team players, and Julen Lopetegui is now prioritizing outgoings, leaving fans in awe.
In light of suggestions that the Hammers need to trim their wage bill, McAvennie believes it is time his old club parted ways with Vladimir Coufal, Danny Ings, Michael Antonio, and Tomas Soucek.
“I think Vladimir Coufal, Danny Ings, and Michail Antonio could all leave. Get rid of the three of them for their wages,” he told West Ham Zone.
“I like Coufal’s relationship with the new boy, Wan-Bissaka; he’s going to be the second fiddle. He won’t want to do that. Add Tomas Soucek to that, and four players could be out the door this summer. That would leave room for someone else to come in.”
Now, it seems the Hammers would be looking to finalize a major deal before the window closes, and there has been a lot of speculation surrounding the London Stadium regarding the addition of a new midfielder.
It remains to be seen if the Hammers will offload the listed players successfully before the remaining five days, as a lot of clubs have been linked with a possible loan move for few of the above options.
